Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently close to the casino for parking and gambling, with a fabulous covered walkway connecting to it. My room, though not facing the falls, was decent, but the noisy corridor with doors banging all night was a downside. The view was obstructed by a bright neon casino sign and a rooftop heating furnace was all I could see.
The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to the mall and the casino, and walking distance to the Keg. The rooms were spotless with no dust, though the odor on the 8th floor caused some sneezing episodes. The service staff swiftly handled our room change but I encountered some rudeness, particularly from a lady with short blonde hair and glasses. The location's convenience is unbeatable, offering a covered walkway to the casino and close proximity to various amenities and dining options. While the dining was quite overpriced, opting for a nearby IHOP proved to be a more economical choice for a decent meal.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were nice but could use some updates, especially with the slow-filling jacuzzi and lack of warm water. On the bright side, the location was great for exploring Niagara Falls and the casino. However, some service aspects were lacking, like the pool being closed and encountering a rude salesman attitude. Dining options were hit or miss, with high prices for basic meals, but you could find some affordable choices too.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a comfortable and convenient choice. The rooms, although in need of an upgrade, provided basic comfort. The service was friendly but had issues at check-in. The location was excellent, close to major attractions. The dining options were limited but reasonably priced. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was quite interesting. The room I stayed in felt like a bit of a petri dish but had a view. The conversations I overheard suggested that it's owned by the same people. The service was outstanding, especially when a staff member offered us a compensation due to the room condition. The location was convenient, close to the falls view casino side of town, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options. The facilities were decent, although there were a couple of disturbances during my stay.
The hotel had a fantastic location with convenient access to the casino and other attractions. The rooms were comfortable, but some maintenance issues were a downside. The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters, but they did help us upgrade our room. Dining options were overpriced for basic meals. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My wife and I had a lovely stay at the hotel during our romantic weekend, although we had to sleep separately as the room had 2 beds. The bed was comfy, and the location was great, especially since we were celebrating our 38th Anniversary. The room could accommodate 5 people, which was a plus.
